This dealer did not honor the appointment date. Took 2 days to diagnose the problem. Quoted 3200 for the repair 2500 for the part and close to 800 for the labor. I was easily able to source the part from a nearby dealership and inquired who else had the needed part - they confirmed the dealer my truck was at had the part in stock! Ultimately I bought the part for my truck for 1500 and replaced the pump in less than an hour without any special tools. The work order said I refused the repair when I went to pick up the truck which was a lie. I was basically begging for the repair as I needed my truck fixed. So after I noticed the at they corrected the work order noting that they couldn’t fix the truck due to a lack of a part. Lack of trust and outrageous quotes for a very straight forward repair. More
