I was told that the rear brakes were very bad and needed to be changed before the trip we were going on in a few days. I had recently been told my brakes were fine so it was a surprise. I got a second opini to be changed before the trip we were going on in a few days. I had recently been told my brakes were fine so it was a surprise. I got a second opinion and was told they were fine and I had a few thousand miles left on them. Now I am not sure what to believe. It is a little disheartening because I was not just told they were bad but that I should NOT drive my car very far but then another place (without knowing what I had been told) said they were fine. It wasnt so much the service centers fault as it was Rams but the whole experience wasnt easy or pleasant or quick. Took about an actual month to get an alignment done which should not have happened. The dealer wasn’t very aware of the drag link weld recall issue either which is surprising. while everyone was very nice it was still a ridiculous inconvenience totaling into three visits to the dealer and least 5 phone calls back and forth as well as three phone calls with ram cares. For an alignment!! More
