Every experience I have had so far at this Jeep dealership has been awful. The only salvage has been this particular time when they did a simple oil change. I believe it was a pretty good job. Even though this simple task took an hour and a 1/2 with two other who came 30 minutes after me, waiting as well. I appreciate that they were able to squeeze me in after I've been calling for 3 weeks trying to make an appointment. No one picked up the phone, or called back. I came close to losing my package and going to valvoline but at last, someone did pick up. Nearly every time I've brought my car here I have left with more problem's. In fact, I have had to go to another mechanic and a transmission specialist in order to work them out. Yes, the problems were certainly there unlike how the mechanics at jeep spoke to me- a female by herself in their office who does in fact know more about car's than they assumed. My check engine light came back on twice after leaving. Stoping wiping the code, it's not the gas cap, dont be lazy. Fix the problem please. I trouble shooted that month's ago. My car would have never passed emissions in that shape. It seems as though they are doing better now that they have gotten rid of that terrible guy who was in the corner office. Out of the 7 times I have brought my car in under a year, I have to say this was the most pleasant. They did a good job on my prepaid oil change. My Jeep is under extended warrenties and I take impeccable care of it. I just wish it was easier to get the people at Jeep of Wallingford on the phone and it was less of a hassle to make an online appointment for an oil change we paid for month's ago. So two star's only because my car came out without more problem's this time and I didn't have to pay for another oil change somewhere else. Hopefully they will continue to do better in the future. More
