The service advisor that check me in was very professional and knowledgeable about my problem with the sunroof I believe that the issue lies with the tech. Not being properly trained on sunroof installations Executive corp.should expand factory training so that there is at least One fully trained tech. On each area of repair The other issue with my service is cleaning of fingerprints and marks on the inside of the roof completely nonexistent that’s just somebody being sloppy.
