Briana definitely tried to fully understand what I was looking for and why. She knew I was looking for CPO, but the specific one i was looking at had a deposit the night before. She did explain the inspection the dealership does on all the vehicles and put me at peace of mind with getting a used vehicle even though it wasn't certified. It also helped that I have worked with Executive Auto Group befire(Liberty Mazda and Liberty Honda) and have been very happy. I love the truck. One small issue did come up with the emissions system, but that was quickly addressed at no cost to me as it happened within a week of purchase. I have been very happy so far with the truck and would absolutely go there again More

The first service person I dealt with very rude and even hung up on me when I asked a question. I called back and talked to Shawn. He was so wonderful and polite. I was happy I called back.
