Fantastic experience. I bought my Honda there but have since moved. I brought it to a different dealership and got a pretty wild diagnosis of issues that would have cost $ I bought my Honda there but have since moved. I brought it to a different dealership and got a pretty wild diagnosis of issues that would have cost $10K. And they said they wouldn't use the Easy Care warranty that I'd purchased directly from Honda (That was BranFon Honda if you're wondering). So I made an appointment to bring it where I purchase both it and the warranty. The rep, Sean McMahon, was a good guy from the start and we just talked the issues through. They came up with a VERY different diagnosis (much less), and explained every step of the way. Then Sean did the research and got the warranty to cover the issue. Talk about night and day. I will use Executive Honda only moving forward and will definitely return next time I need to purchase a vehicle as well. More

I was misled and tricked into buying a warranty I expressly did not want and said I did not want. It was described to me as a subscription model that wouldn't have to keep paying for after I paid off expressly did not want and said I did not want. Then only after signing the papers did I see the $3500 line item. Sarina deliberately excluded this price from the conversation about its cost. Then when I called her on it she said "what, did you think it was free?" Nice going, folks. You screwed me out of thousands of dollars by playing a schoolyard trick. Hope you're delighted with yourselves. I'm never going back to executive, nor will family and friends. And I'm going to talk to friends at the dept if consumer protection. I can't believe you think this is a good way to run a business. More
