Executive Honda - Service Center

Customer service was excellent but I was waiting a long time for my car. I went outside for some air at about an hour and a half of waiting and saw my car just being taken for service despite my appointmen time for my car. I had to bring my car to Executive Honda in Wallingford for a recall and from the start it was easy and hassle free. . They were able to get me in on a vacation day even though I didn’t give them much not for a recall and from the start it was easy and hassle free. . They were able to get me in on a vacation day even though I didn’t give them much notice. Esther was wonderful when I was dropping my car off, very helpful. Later on I realized there would be a conflict in picking up my car at the time I had said would work. I had to call her and ask if it could be finished sooner. She arranged it so my car would be ready when I needed it. The Automotive technicians did a great job and I would definitely bring my car back for future repairs and will highly recommend them to everyone. More
