Executive Jeep

We went to test drive and planned to purchase a Nissan Sentra. It was advertised on line as a special price. When we went to test drive it, there was a hang tag with a year end sale price $1000 less than Sentra. It was advertised on line as a special price. We drove the car and liked it but we went inside to see the “numbers” the price was the more expensive one listed online. A very rude Francisco told us that the price on the tag which clearly said “Sell Price” included rebates we did not qualify for. There was no mention of this on the tag hanging in the car, and no small print might have missed. He went on to say it was “my opinion “ this was misleading and not a fact based on what was written in black and white. He was extremely rude and lost a sale. Stay away, It is my opinion Francisco is unprofessional , rude and misleading. More

Jonathan was extremely professional and courteous when it came to my service appointment. I had a radiator leak and he got me right in, put me in a rental and made sure the work was completed in a timely fas came to my service appointment. There was a little bit of a wait until Meghan greeted me to commence my visit, but it was to be expected due to the current pandemic. She was wonderful and knowledgeable. Great Experience The service dept @ Executive Jeep Nissan is excellent, I was having issue with my brakes. Jonathan from the service dept didn't give up until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. ( oddly by brakes would squeal at home, but not at Executive Jeep), John and the team worked with me, (i even took videos at home and showed them I wasn't crazy lol ) I live 40+ minutes from this Executive, and there is actually a Jeep dealer less than 15 minutes, but I prefer Executive because of people like Jonathan, and the staff that work on my car. PS. I recommend getting the Chick Fil A right next door before getting service, its a good way to kill time. lol ( they also give excellent service ) P.S.S. During Covid-19 things will be slower So bring a book or paperwork to do, I am just happy Service was open. More
