Good afternoon, Because you didn't leave your name on the review I am not able to look up your info and look into your problem if the vehicle was just picked up we would be more than happy replace your key fob battery service and parts are open till 5 pm during the week. As far as the owners manual if we don't received them went he car is traded in we can not pass them along but i could see if we have one around. You may contact me 203-672-6021. Scott Orsini

I had the first appointment, met by the service manager, and informed me I had a free oil change and tire rotation. Did not know. Service completed in less than an hour. Excellent experience!!! More
