Kept waiting for two hours without being given a price for the Rogue we wanted. Required my car registration and later my car key to assess its trade-in value. As i was walking out the door, we were finally given a price, but we kept walking. If we had that price 90 minutes earlier, it would have been a sale. Frank seemed to be a nice guy. He was new at the job. I don't want this to harm him. But he was learnig the business, the cars but, unfortunately,learning their system. More
