I am very disappointed with the service appointment I had at Executive Kia on June 12th I brought my car in for service only needing an oil change but was told after the oil change that I needed a marker bu at Executive Kia on June 12th I brought my car in for service only needing an oil change but was told after the oil change that I needed a marker bulb. I was told that the bulb plus installation would cost me $40 After waiting a half hour I was told that there was no bulb and that it was a led assembly that needed to be replaced and now they called it a marker brake light assembly with a cost of $650. Still not understanding how the brake light was involved I asked the service advisor Daniel to show me which light was affected, he pointed to the light on the side assembly. Not understanding how a car that only need an oil change went from a 40-dollar light bulb to a$650 bill to replace the whole assembly, when all I needed was an oil change I declined the repair. Getting in the car to drive away up comes this warning light and picture telling me that my rear signal light needed attention. This warning light was not on when I brought the car in for the oil change but now it was. When I got the car home I checked to see why the signal light was not working and found the plug leading to the assembly had been unplugged Pluging in the cable and every thing is now working. More

4-Star Review My 21-year-old son recently celebrated his birthday and wanted to purchase his very first car. He had his heart set on a 2026 KIA K5. Before making any moves, I researched the best Kia dea his birthday and wanted to purchase his very first car. He had his heart set on a 2026 KIA K5. Before making any moves, I researched the best Kia dealerships and repeatedly saw one name come up Ouafaa Kouhaila (Wafa) at Executive Kia. Even though the dealership in Wallingford was a bit of a drive, I knew we had to go there and specifically request her as our salesperson. Wafa was fantastic. From start to finish, she made the car-buying process easy, stress-free, and even enjoyable. She was incredibly informative, answered every question we had, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. The General Sales Manager, Michael Schweikert, was also professional, helpful, and very welcoming. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the final payment process. We had a strict budget for my son’s monthly payment under $390. The 2026 K5 was above that range, so we decided on a 2025 K5 instead. After some back-and-forth, Wafa and Michael presented us with an option: if my son put $4,000 down, his monthly payment would be $386, which worked perfectly with his budget. His credit score was 720, but due to a thin credit file, the down payment was key for approval and budget control — something both Wafa and Michael clearly explained. However, when it came time to sign the paperwork with the Finance Manager, Carlos Trindade, the payment was not $386 as discussed. Instead, it was $429, which was over budget. We voiced our concerns, and while Carlos did bring the payment down slightly, it was still above the agreed target. This was disappointing because we went into the deal with a clear budget and were under the impression it would be honored. That said, the customer service from Wafa saved the experience. She truly is a gem and a valuable asset to the dealership. Thanks to her professionalism, honesty, and dedication, we left with a car my son loves. Would I go there again? Yes but I would recommend future buyers double-check that the final contract numbers match what’s been discussed during initial discussions. More
