I really like the ease of scheduling an appointment and being able to stay and wait for the car. I had a bad experience at another Kia dealer where they wanted the car dropped off for the entire day just t being able to stay and wait for the car. I had a bad experience at another Kia dealer where they wanted the car dropped off for the entire day just to check on something minor. It was ridiculous! So I have now switched to this Wallingford Kia dealership. The employees have been very nice as well and it just makes for a great experience. More
Carlos deserves a special shout-out. He went above and beyond like no other – proactively working multiple angles to optimize our financing package. We’ve never had a finance experience this smooth (can you say absolutely prepared for your arrival - YES), and it’s clear he also puts the customer first. Carlos' attention to detail, creativity, and advocacy were second to none. Carlos is a finance wizard - no matter the request. A true customer advocate and a genuinely nice man. Customer success is very personal for Carlos and he doesn't hesitate to do what's right. We're fortunate to have a good credit profile, but Carlos demanded additional savings to the tune of $400 over the cost of the lease. He made calls to Kia, twisted arms, and wouldn't accept anything outside his goal for special treatment. What a welcome surprise when it came to saving more money. He held this "special welcomed surprise" until the paperwork was signed. Who does this? Carlos does. Bravo, thank you Carlos! More

She didn’t only sell us 3 cars over 2 years; she built trust and a long-term relationship. She is the most outstanding sales person we've ever met. Returning a text on her day off - Yes. Ouafaa (5/21/25): "Your vehicle (2026 Kia Sportage SX-Prestige in perfect requested color) should be in by the end of the month (very few dealers had this particular vehicle as it was brand new model year). I know your lease is almost up so we're going to make it just in time." NEXT Day (5/22/25), Ouafaa: "Your vehicle is in, I pulled some strings to pull stock from another dealer (2 hours away)." There is no better fighter for the customer and she perfectly balances the interest of her customer and the dealership. We walk into the dealership and she recognizes us immediately and spends as much time as needed, creating friendly conversation, sharing her personal life experiences, generally interested in ours. She clearly gets trust, repeat business, and dealer pricing flexibility is the key to success. We could go on and on as to our experience here. We continue to "sing the praises" to everyone we know about the quality of today's kia, the safety systems, the luxurious interiors, the cutting edge body design, and the technology. More
