I ended up purchasing a 15' Sorento (which has exceeded my expectations so far), and went to Chin after several area dealers seemed dishonest and/or did not have the same quality vehicle and warranty I found at EK. Chin also let me test drive a few vehicles, went over the various features, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend going through Chin to make your next purchase. I would also like to thank Lou Oosten in finance, for explaining the numbers and options to me. My first experience buying a vehicle at another dealership was not nearly as smooth, and the finance rep at that dealership tried to hustle me into buying coverage I did not need. A very pleasant experience. Overall my experience was excellent. I knew what car I wanted to test drive and I called ahead to make sure it was still available. I was connected Overall my experience was excellent. I knew what car I wanted to test drive and I called ahead to make sure it was still available. I was connected with Chin and he told me he wanted to go put his hand on the car to be certain it was there before I made the trip there. He called me back after about 30 minutes and said the car was not there at the moment but it would be available to test drive the following day. So we made an appointment and I test drove the car the following day. Chin did a wonderful job of presenting the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the car. He was not pushy and seemed genuinely happy to be showing it to me and was very friendly. The test drive went well he and gave me ample opportunity to test out all the cars functions and all the bells and whistles on this particular model. I told him I wanted the car upon return to the lot and we began paperwork. My one and only issue is that the dealership has a "no hassle no haggle" price policy which I am not a huge fan of. I do realize; however, that this is a trend in car dealerships so it was unlikely to be a deal breaker especially since the vehicle was priced fairly based on the research I had already done. Chin was very good about communicating with me as the process for financing went on and was very good about telling me the obligations I would have to fulfill on my part with insurance and trade-ins. I test drove the car on a Tuesday @ 5:00pm and I was picking it up less than 48 hours later. They made a wonderful presentation of the vehicle and it was in excellent condition. All in all it was a very painless and pleasant experience and I would absolutely recommend Executive Kia and Chin Chang. More

You dreaded having to go to a dealership to buy a new car. As soon as you walked through the door they came running at you to be the first so they could get their commission. How my husband and I dreaded that. Fortunately for a lot of people, there is Executive KIA of Wallingford. Here you are not treated like you were just dollar signs. No matter who you deal with, everyone helps. Always pleasant as you are greeted coming in the door. We have been doing business for 19 years with this group and we wouldn't even think of going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, be it new or used. They give you the best price up front. There is no haggling. The best possible price is what you get. We recently purchased a KIA Soul and Jorge Dominguez and Joe Ortiz helped us through the process. Of course everyone there greeted us as we walked in for our appointment to pick up our Soul. Everyone knew we were there to pick it up and looked truly happy for us. The process went smoothly and my husband was so happy as he pulled out of the showroom. But (and there is always a but) the best part of all of this is knowing that when our Soul needs servicing we will have the best service department there is to be had. We have been using this service department since we started doing business here and would not even think of going anywhere else. Tucker, Rick, Todd and everyone in service goes above and beyond. They are straight and up front and stand behind their work. In our book, they are NUMBER 1!!!! More
