Excellent price and customer care I was exceptionally please with my experience at Executive KIA in Wallingford. This is the Fourth vehicle I have purchased from Executive KIA. I bought a 2007 KIA Rondo and a 2007 KIA Spectra in 2008. I replaced the Rondo last October with a 2016 KIA Soul and the Spectra last week with a 2016KIA Optima In all cases the personnel (in the last two cases Johnny Padron) were extremely helpful in getting me into the right vehicle at the right price and explaining all of the features of the vehicles. Great Experience and Wonderful Customer Service I had just came from another dealer where the customer service was very poor. He sat down with my friend Brandy and I and explained the buying process and asked what I was looking for in a car. He was able to answer most of my questions and when he didn't have an answer, he did not hesitate and asked another co-worker. I know that the buying process can be long and frustrating but shopping at Executive Kia was pain-free thanks to Mike. I'm really big on customer service, having worked in retail for seven years. Even if I don't buy anything, I want to walk away with a positive experience. Hopefully more places will provide the customer service I received here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Best experience purchasing a car! I was pleasantly surprised about the experience I had purchasing a car at Executive Kia of Wallingford! In past car purchasing experiences, I have I was pleasantly surprised about the experience I had purchasing a car at Executive Kia of Wallingford! In past car purchasing experiences, I have dealt with some pushy and dishonest salespeople. In addition, the process was extremely time consuming when it came time to deal with the paperwork and negotiating a price. My experience in Wallingford was a pleasure from beginning to end! Our salesman was Chin Chang and he was great. He was so helpful with my credit situation and making sure to keep within parameters that would be best for me? There were no high pressure tactics? He helped me to find the car that was right for me and made sure I understood everything about the loan. He even taught my son how to use all the gadgets in the car while I was filling out paperwork. Lastly, he took the time to ensure I knew all the features I had in the car and how to use them before I drove away in my new car. Out of all the car purchasing experiences I have had, this one was the best! Thank you Chin. More
