An amazing experience I recently found myself in need of a replacement vehicle. After looking at several dealerships, I came to Executive Kia, they had just the vehicle I was looking for (2013 Kia Soul!). I was greeted by Joe Ortiz in sales, and shown the car. After looking it over and taking a test drive, I was expecting a hard sell. To my surprise, he did not try to persuade me , but rather let me and my wife sell ourselves based on his ability to answer any and all of our questions and our tour of an immaculate service department! After spending 30 years in the auto business myself, I must say I was impressed by the way they do business. No haggling over price, no lets make a deal, only straight talk, best price up front and a very friendly and professional atmosphere. Then I told him what I had looked at online and he responded with a car that better described what I was looking for. He explained everything and made me feel comfortable with my new car. We were so happy with our experience that my wife and i decided tobuy a brand new 2016 the same day. Chin made us feel we were dealing with an honest business.Chin Chang was the sale person that take care me and it was the best experience i ever have on my live it was no presure to buy nothing Chin had great knowledge about the car and was able to convey to me who isn't a "car person". This was my first, and definitely not my last, exposure with Executive Kia! I came in for an oil change, filter, and lube service, as well as to have my car diagnosed for a Check Engine Light. Upon meeting with Todd, I was treated with a high level of professionalism, and he was able to set me up with an appointment the same day I came in. I let him know what I had to spend and he went above and beyond with making it work. Throughout the whole diagnostic process, he made sure to keep me in the loop, and before I left he even provided me estimates on what my needed repairs would cost, and suggested the priority of each item in terms of safety-this is one of my biggest concerns. I wasn't pressured to get extra work done that wasn't necessary, which is something that I highly appreciate. I will be returning to Executive Kia for my service needs and I will be purchasing my new Kia Sportage from them in the near future! Executive Kia is the BEST!!! I really couldn't be happier with them, and am looking forward to a long relationship with their dealership! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! More

Easy purchase. Great Sales Person. Chin is the best overall car salesperson that I have ever dealt with.
