I had gone to Executive Kia to have my Sportage serviced, while it was being serviced I spoke to Joe Ortiz about a used kis sole. He showed me 2 that they had on the lot. The people at Executive Kia are very friendley and helpful. I believe that Kia cars are great, I have never had a problem with them. The service dept is also great. Buying a car can be a stressful and trying experience. However, I’m happy to report that purchasing a vehicle from Executive Kia was neither stressful, nor trying. From the moment he came out of the showroom to introduce himself, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to help find me the best car for my needs. Jermaine did something that all too few salespeople actually do…he listened to what I was saying and worked to find something that would meet my needs. During the process of buying my new car, my old car ended up breaking down and everyone at Executive Kia went out of their way to assist my family so that we could have a new and safe vehicle. Working with Mike Porreca (the finance manager) was also a great experience. On what was clearly a very busy day for him, he took the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions. Where do I begin?! This is my third Kia, and I love it! I feel like going to a relatives house whenever I go into the dealership. I love Chin as my sales rep because he is thorough and genuinely sincere, and feel like going to a relatives house whenever I go into the dealership. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Porreca this time around, and he was just as pleasant. Even the people in the service department that come in the showroom, say, "Hi Ter, How are you doing?" They are all genuine. Everyone says hello whether I'm buying a car or there for regular scheduled service, even the sales reps I never worked with! I have come a long way to get the vehicle of my dreams, and they helped make it happen. Being a single mom, and raising three kids on my own was not easy, and pretty much destroyed my credit. As they went off on their own, I slowly brought myself back. Even when things were not so good, Mike Schweikert and John Gogliettino worked together to get me into my first Kia many years ago, and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I love my new 2014 Kia Sorento! It has everything, but the kitchen sink in it, and I love it. Finding something new to do in it every day. Well, sorry guys this is it for a while, and I know it will be a while because Kia's last so long time.
