After shopping at car dealers on Long Island, I felt desperate and confused,and not very comforted with the sales people I encountered. Amanda was warm and welcoming to myself and the friends I brought with me. She knew every detail of the 3 cars I was interested in, the engines, the warranties, she was like a walking talking manual of the cars. I was equally impressed with Todd who came in on the end part of the day. I had been through and am still dealing with the destruction of my home from the hurricane, and both Amanda and Todd were sympathetic to my every need. In a time of total uncertainty in my life it was so comforting to find 2 very nice individuals who were willing to walk me through a car deal with accuracy and extreme kindness.
