I was always told that they would call me with an update, but I always had to reach out to them. I felt like if I weren't micromanaging every step of the process, my repair would never have been completed. M but I always had to reach out to them. I felt like if I weren't micromanaging every step of the process, my repair would never have been completed. My contact person changed (from Adam to Rick) without being told. Adam originally said that he would order parts while we waited for approval for GEICO - then I asked if the parts had been received and was told that first GEICO had to approve - and then the parts were on backorder (which meant that the repair could not be completed the week I had off from work without getting a rental car). It took 2 full months to complete the repair. I also made it very, very clear that I did not want to rent a rental car. I was constantly offering suggestions as to how to accomplish the repair without needing a rental car - but information such as the fact that they made repairs on Saturdays would have been helpful - I always had to ask for this info, it was never supplied to me. We decided on a Saturday repair date, but then I was told the repair needed more time and I would have to rent a car anyway. Then I was told that Kia Customer Care will reimburse the rental car and it has been weeks and I am still in limbo with that. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. More
