Most recent visit leaves me conflicted. Had to bring vehicle in for unforeseen issue. Original estimate of 48 hrs turned into 6 days. Despite the text system saying I could text for updates, I received vehicle in for unforeseen issue. Original estimate of 48 hrs turned into 6 days. Despite the text system saying I could text for updates, I received no response. I didn't receive vehicle updates unless I called. Each time, i was told the Service Dept was short-handed. I appreciate that all companies are impacted by unexpected illnesses and hiring challenges, but the dealer management should have intervened. I rented a car, knowing extended warranty only covered $35/day. Exec Kia contacted Enterprise to comp the additional charges. I felt it was gracious of them until both service advisors told me I was "lucky" the dealership did so. I purchased my vehicle and EW at Exec Kia. I kept coming back because service was outstanding. But the past 3 visits have not left me feeling optimistic. More
