I was told when my oil change maintenance was conducted that everything tested out fine. The car had difficulty starting and come to find out the battery was no good. I had to come back the next business d that everything tested out fine. The car had difficulty starting and come to find out the battery was no good. I had to come back the next business day to have a new battery installed. What other tests/services were not done when I was told they were done? More

I went in for a routine oil change and he casually mentioned it was time for the 'big one.' I said about how much will that be and he said oh yeah that's the expensive one but you're gonna need it, an mentioned it was time for the 'big one.' I said about how much will that be and he said oh yeah that's the expensive one but you're gonna need it, and quoted me around $1600; of course after I conceded and left my car with them, he called to tell me I would need another big repair, something that they had already seen my car and hadn't mentioned, but OK sure whatever. The total ended up being 2300. 1700 of that was labor costs. I had asked about a side panel that was hanging off. He looked up the cost of it and said, oh my $375, I wouldn't even do that to my mother and I hate her. I will find you the part and get it for you for free. That is what he said, however, after more than two months and several phone calls on my part, no phone calls on his part, and speaking to him at least twice, where he said that he would get the part, I've heard absolutely nothing. The last message I left Didn't even garner a response. I have been a loyal customer at Executive Kia since I purchased my car in 2020, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. The only service they're really good at is lip service. More
