What I would like to happen is to not be overcharged for something that was never replaced, now with this said, since I spent my money, miles, time and gas on this difficult situation and I had to wait 3-4 week's before I got a refund. How about you guys make me feel good about a dealership again because I now no longer trust dealership's after this last incident. With that being said how about the dealership replace my still defective wire harness to my brake lights for free. This way I can stop talking bad to all of my coworkers family and friends on how this Kia dealership almost screwed me out of $340 for doing absolutely nothing to my car. And if this agreement works with you I would like to sit and watch my car get fixed without having to sit in a waiting room to where I can't see if my car is being tampered with and or properly fixed!. Deal or no deal? Either way it's a win/loss for both of us. If I didn't mark this wire harness with a highlighter before I gave it to Kia, I would have been bamboozled.
