Our service advisor listened to my concerns and took the time to talk with me. He communicated well and the service was completed faster than expected considering we needed a new four wheel drive transfer o time to talk with me. Had a terrible service experience. My car was held at the dealership for over a month. I made multiple phone calls and left multiple voicemails for my service manager and didn’t get a My car was held at the dealership for over a month. When I went to pick up my car after getting double confirmation it was ready; I was told that the paperwork was not complete so I wouldn’t be able to take the car. In reality the paperwork was done under the wrong name. When I finally got my car, a piece of the door was sitting in my center console and the bottom half of the inside door came off and I had to put it back on. Oh and someone left their empty Dunkin Donuts box in my car. Absolutely abysmal service. Will never come here again if I can avoid doing so. More
