My problem is more related to Kia as a company, but also partially to the dealership. My car’s engine blew and needed to be replaced. Kia (as a company) was absolutely no help in my situation. My engine got recalled, but I ended up having to pay out-of-pocket anyway. I was working with Rick from the service department. He was amazing; however, he took an extended leave while my case was open, and was unavailable for a long time. The other people in the service department have no communication with each other or with their customers. They seldom called me with updates. At one point, I called t he dealership 4 times in the span of a week just to ask for an update. Every time I called, they told me the service manager would call me back. He never called me. I finally got my car back, but this experience was nothing short of a headache. Jojo and Rick are amazing and if they were the only ones there I would give them five stars. More

My husband went there because of the recall and they told us that we had to pay for an oil change to prove that the engine was failing and that it was going to be $700 when we get back to put a solution in t us that we had to pay for an oil change to prove that the engine was failing and that it was going to be $700 when we get back to put a solution in the motor. They overfilled the oil so that when we got back after 1000 miles it looked like it wasn’t consuming too much oil. We checked it as soon as we got home so we know. More
I got an oil change and on the check sheet they said they checked and filled the tires to the right pressure but they really didn’t. My right back tire is loosing air so before I went there I check it and i checked and filled the tires to the right pressure but they really didn’t. My right back tire is loosing air so before I went there I check it and it was only at 29. I left that screen up when I dropped it off thinking the mechanic would notice. Nope I got the car back and the tire pressure in that same tire was still at 29 when it should be at 36 or 38. So my thing is what else didn’t they check and put that they did check it on the return check sheet???? Alarmed More
