Thank you for the response. No need to go bsck and forth. Simply review my workorder. I was charged $45 labor to replace a cabin filter, charged $155 labor for drain & fill on a tranny service, charged $15 to replace 1 rear wiper and charged another $75 labor to replace a serpentine belt that was already removed while doing the warranty long block job. Again, I attempted to contact Steve multiple times with no reply to address these charges. Otherwise, your technicians did a great job on our vehicle. Our Kia is running great!
