Although I waited over 3 hours for my service to be completed (quoted about 1 1/2hours) the staff was pleasant to deal with and kept me updated. They had a few unforeseen events happen on the day of my completed (quoted about 1 1/2hours) the staff was pleasant to deal with and kept me updated. They had a few unforeseen events happen on the day of my appointment which pushed everything back. This was only the second time I’ve used this center (bought Kia Sportage in September 2021) but both times I had to wait longer than expected. Perhaps they might think about lowering the number of cars they take on Saturdays to cut down on long wait times. More
The representative who helped me did a great job of smoothing over a bad situation (I was told my part was in, drove there and waited two hours and then told the part never arrived). I highly recommend Executive Kia of Wallingford. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them and each sales representative( Chin, Michael, and Sarina) was excellent. I have used their service department for all of my vehicles and have been very happy with all the service provided. The service reps are always friendly and I feel confident with the service they provide to my vehicle. They even offer you a car wash coupon when you leave. The waiting area is clean and very comfortable and offers snacks, water, and coffee. Recently I had an intermittent problem with my vehicle so it was difficult to determine the cause. I worked with Brian from the service department and was very happy with the approach he took to solve the issue. If you are in need of a new car or service for your vehicle, I definitely would choose Executive Kia of Wallingford. More
