I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received at Executive Jeep Nissan over the past several weeks. It began when I came in for an oil change. Following that visit, I was service I have received at Executive Jeep Nissan over the past several weeks. It began when I came in for an oil change. Following that visit, I was told a vehicle inspection overview was sent to me however, your records had the wrong contact number on file, so I never received it. No one followed up in person or made any attempt to verify I had gotten the information. I only learned about the oil leak when checking out instead of asking if I wanted to address it then. I then scheduled a follow-up appointment online to address the oil leak, as I do not have time to coordinate over the phone. When I arrived, a service advisor began taking my keys without any explanation. I was not informed that I would need to leave my vehicle, nor was I walked through what the appointment would entail. I had to ask what was happening. The vehicle was inspected and the leak was confirmed. I left with the intention of scheduling the actual repair at a later date, because I was told I would have to schedule it for another day. Two days after picking up my car, my engine began overheating. I was stranded at night, in an unfamiliar area, and had to purchase coolant out of pocket and arrange a tow truck at my own expense totaling over $300 in unexpected costs. Because waiting was not an option, I took my vehicle elsewhere to be repaired, which cost me $1,400 out of pocket. The timeline here is difficult to ignore. My car had no overheating issues prior to being in your care. I am requesting a conversation with someone in leadership to discuss how Executive Jeep Nissan plans to make this right. I am seeking full reimbursement for the repair cost, the tow, and all related expenses. I have retained all receipts and have documented the full timeline of events. My recent experience with Executive Nissan could not have been better. I was in a difficult position with my car broke down unexpectedly. The service manager Alberto worked with me to get me up and running i been better. I was in a difficult position with my car broke down unexpectedly.
