I was very impressed with the professionalism combined with the friendliness of sales people. Leasing or buying a car is always a business deal with back and forth, shopping various deals etc. That is the business world. At Old Saybrook Nissan I was extremely comfortable talking the business end of things, but not feeling pressured. All my concerns and questions were answered and they went above and beyond with helping me once I had finalized my lease to get everything in order, offer advice not related to the lease/sale. Excellent experience.

I'm an 800 credit score. Smithtown Nissan is the most disreputable company I have ever done business with. They are great a point of sale. They are the absolute worst after sale. I've bought at least 30 new cars in my life, never will I do business with them again!! The only thing , nice I can say is Cole Biondo, an insurance broker works out of there- he saved me over $2000 on my 2 vehicles!!BUYER BEWARE WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH SMITHTOWN NISSAN

Very dishonest. Called us unsolicited to have us turn in our lease. We had 2 months left. They offered to not have us pay the last 2 months as we were turning it in early. When we showed up to turn in the car they said we never said we would forgive your last payments. They lied. Would never do business with them again.

Elias is the absolute best! This was my second time working with him and he made the whole process to turn in my lease and lease a new car so simple. He is extremely kind and trustworthy and I know he is always working to get me a great deal. Jonathan was also quick, efficient, and informative while dealing with the finance side of the process and all of the paperwork. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and it is worth taking the trip there every single time.

This service department at Danbury Nissan is great. However Nissan of North America is horrible. I have a 2023 all electric Nissan Leaf with only 28,000 miles on it. The warranty on the battery is for 100,000 miles or the year 2026. But Nissan of North America is refusing to honor their warranty. This service department at Danbury Nissan has tried several times to get Nissan of North America to honor their warranty on this car, to no avail. Nissan is refusing to honor their warranty and therefore has left me with a lemon that I must continue to pay for but can’t drive. Again, Danbury Nissan is great. Nissan of North America has left me stuck with a car I have to continue to pay for but can’t drive because the battery cannot recharge

This is undoubtedly because Juan Mills was one of the sweetest gentlemen I've ever dealt with at a car dealership and he made the transaction as smooth as can be. The whole process took a little over an hour with a trade and a new lease. Incredible process throughout and easy to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a Nissan.

on dec 20 2016, i turned in my leased nissan for anew lease. after all negotiations were over, nissan was to pay all fees for wear and tear , mileage overage, etc. 2 weeks later , they closed their doors without paying what was owed .
