Was quoted almost $100 to install a $7 part found easily on Amazon. Was quoted over $500 over what a mechanic that was highly rated on Facebook charged me to fix an issue. Someone hit my car door and ran so the passenger door wouldn’t open. Dropped off night before so it could be worked on first thing like they said, mentioned that it was likely the inside of the door mech wouldn’t open. I got a call at 3pm stating they finally opened the door but couldn’t figure out what the issue was & that I could either bring it to another shop or I could pay more money for more DX - when I got there to pick my car up I was told that they think it was the inner door mechanism because they reached out to Nissan Consumer as they couldn’t figure out what the issue was. They told me that I could bring it back and that they would continue to try and figure out what the issue was, but that it would be an additional fee because now they were at a different level of diagnosing. They said this was the second level of diagnosing - I had never heard about levels of diagnostics before nor had others I asked - I ended up bringing it to a body mechanic shop, who figured out what the issue was in the same amount of time and had it fixed within 24 hours for $200 more than what Nissan charged me to tell me they had no clue / no answer. This happened last time I brought it to them for an issue/ oil change. I had an appointment, my car wasn’t taken until 90 minutes later, then told me they didn’t think they had time to look at the other issue because I would be there even longer & they were behind ( at that point I had been there for 2 1/2 hours so I just did the oil change & left). More

I brought my car in fir service on 5/28 for what was supposed to be a 90,000 service amongst other things. Included in the 90,000 service was supposed to be the replacement of the engine and cabin filt supposed to be a 90,000 service amongst other things. Included in the 90,000 service was supposed to be the replacement of the engine and cabin filters but they were not replaced. When i asked the service associate about it she said that since i didn't specifically mention that and i sign the order, i had to pay extra. I didn't realize that even though I asked for the 90,000 service that I had to mention them. I have been a long-time customer and have spent a lot of money at your business. More
The review would’ve been good if it didn’t take two months to complete the work Marissa was fine. Kept us updated, but the finagle going back-and-forth between the dealer and the manufacture was ridic months to complete the work Marissa was fine.
