I was not given the inspection report. I went back in and requested it. My brakes were not inspected. I compared this report to the one I got in October. In October, the in carbon micr I went back in and requested it. My brakes were not inspected. I compared this report to the one I got in October. In October, the in carbon micro filter was yellow. In March it was green. In October the engine air filter was yellow, in March it was green. In October the left front tire was red. In March the same tire was yellow. I did not change either filter, so how did they go from yellow to green? And why weren’t the brakes inspected this time? How do I even know that the oil was changed and tires rotated? I have no confidence in your service department. We have been customers for over 20 years. Not sure if we will continue to be. More
