We do not allow unhappy customers. Once we confirmed that the car was consuming oil, we immediately replaced the motor with a brand new motor at our expense. Since the original motor consumed oil at a small pace, we had no way of knowing of this defect when we sold the vehicle. We regret this and think that by putting a new motor in the vehicle we ultimately gave the customer an even better product than he originally bargained for.

An even better product than I bargained for? I only received a "new" a.k.a. " from a junk vehicle with uncertain mileage" motor due to the intervention of a reputable dealer across the street, The Honda Barn whom I highly recommend. My experience at your dealership was horrible and I'm disgusted that you would state that I came away somehow better for the experience. Shame on you.
