Exceptional Service When I first contacted Exeter Suburu I spoke with Kayland. She was very friendly and listened to everything I was interested in and with what we discu When I first contacted Exeter Suburu I spoke with Kayland. She was very friendly and listened to everything I was interested in and with what we discussed over the phone for an offer as well as her being very personable this pulled me right into going to Exeter Suburu. When I got there to speak with a sales person ( Justin B ) I felt no pressure at all. I walked into the showroom and didn't have sales vultures circling around me. I also saw that all of the people I dealt with there were very friendly, willing to answer everything in detail, and none of them were stuffy. The way they were dressed made me very relaxed. No ties. I also dealt with Kell F for giving me numbers such as % rates, trade in, etc. He was also very nice, funny, and friendly. As was Justin and Kayland. They had me sold on buying my next new vehicle there. Within 2 days I was out the door with my new vehicle and very happy. I also dealt with James for the final paperwork and he was also very personable. I would highly recommend this dealership to all that are looking for a new Suburu. I did alot of research/homework and these cars are highly rated for everything ( safety, reliability, etc. ) I can't wait to go back for my first checkup at 1000 miles just to say hello to all of them again.
