I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with Exotic Motors has been an absolute nightmare. I live in Michigan and purchased a car from them, believing their claim that it was in pristine co with Exotic Motors has been an absolute nightmare. I live in Michigan and purchased a car from them, believing their claim that it was in pristine condition. Since then, I’ve been swindled out of nearly $12,000 on repairs for a vehicle riddled with issues, with more repairs still needed. The problems started the very day I picked up the car. Three malfunction lights came on immediately: Adaptive Headlight Malfunction, Vehicle Light Malfunction, and Air Suspension System Fault. The gas tank also wouldn’t open. They assured me these issues would be fixed and asked me to leave the car with them for a week. When I returned a week later, only the gas tank issue was resolved. Within minutes of starting the car, the same malfunction lights reappeared. They then directed me to another mechanic, Horse Stable Auto, which only added to the fiasco. On my way to Horse Stable Auto, the check engine light came on. After inspecting the car, they said they needed to order parts and estimated another two weeks for repairs. Two weeks later, I picked up the car to find the passenger-side bumper grill broken. Within minutes of starting the car, the same issues reappeared, except for the adaptive headlight. Exotic Motors wouldn’t answer my calls or return my texts. It felt like they instructed Horse Stable Auto to hold the car and pretend to work on it. It takes me 5 hours to travel from Michigan to Illinois, and I’ve had to make this trip three times, only to have my time completely wasted each visit. Feeling utterly defeated, I took the car to an Audi dealership for a thorough inspection. They uncovered even more hidden issues: a missing right front fender liner, a damaged left front fender liner, a missing belly pan, a missing side baffle, leaking center and rear exhaust clamps, broken bump stops, worn engine mounts, a leaking washer fluid system, oil leaks everywhere, coolant leaks, loose wires in a few places, and missing screws in several spots. The total repair cost for major issues was about $12,000, with more to go. To add insult to injury, I am still waiting on an updated title they said they sent to the secretary of state, which they clearly never did. Exotic Motors is a completely fraudulent business. They lie, they cover up serious issues, and they have zero regard for their customers. Do not do business with them under any circumstances; they will leave you with a vehicle full of hidden problems and endless headaches. Stay far away from these scam artists. More

I would stay away from this place save your hard earned money spend it elsewhere definitely wouldn’t spend it here bought a BMW I8 from them after 3 weeks the engine light came on with 2 of the most expens money spend it elsewhere definitely wouldn’t spend it here bought a BMW I8 from them after 3 weeks the engine light came on with 2 of the most expensive codes and on top of that bmw said the car hasn’t had any maintenance done to it like they said they did it needed a software update that hasn’t been done in 6 years it needed a oil change spark plugs air filter and brake fluid changed then to top it all off who sale’s you a car knowing they don’t have the title to it then continue to blow me off when I call to get it over 2 months I go to my DOT they got ahold of them right away the person that holds the titles said they didn’t have it Carmax lost it I highly doubt it my guess is they lost it but still sold it knowing they didn’t have it don’t do business with shady people More
