Salesperson was polite and professional and put up with me very well. I am only listing negatives, all else was good. The tires were aired to 46 psi, the door sill sticker says that should have been 32 psi me very well. I am only listing negatives, all else was good. The salesperson did not have a check sheet for review of items with customer, so things like road side assistance were not covered. I was not introduced to service dept. personnel (perhaps this was because I bought the car of a Saturday) or really told anything about the service department. I would not hesitate to go back to this dealer for a second purchase but I feel that "average" is about the right rating. It would be good to highlight cars that come without a CD player as this is a new thing for us older buyers, it would also be good to have a roadside assistance window decal with phone number as were on my previous (Ford/Subaru) vehicles. Only negative with salesperson is when I asked questions about air pressure and road side assistance she tried to wing it with answers rather than making certain. More
