Thank you for your very candid review of your experience at our dealership. As we are sure you realize, our intentions are definitely NOT to deliver a customer experience as you described yours. For that we sincerely apologize. You can be assured everyone in our sales organization will be made aware of your review in detail and what changes need to be made in their day to day operations to insure this type of review is not received again. There is never any real excuse for being unprofessional, but occasionally in our retail environment, our employees do lose sight of the fact that they are not "in an office" or "secluded" from our customers and speak as if they were - again, no excuse for it. As you mentioned, you did work with one of our new sales consultants and he was not 100% up on all of the features of the vehicle you selected. Our sales consultants go through continual training in order to become proficient in all of the new models and trim levels we carry in the Dodge Chrysler Jeep and RAM brands - which is extensive - in additional to all of the used vehicles we offer. The fact that he did not know whether it had remote start is not too surprising - but he should have immediately went to someone to find out - because that was a feature that was extremely important to you. We are happy to hear you love your new vehicle. You comment that our dealership was the "only one with the model I wanted if it had been somewhere else I would have been there" - we understand that we only had the opportunity to work with you because we had the right vehicle in our inventory - that was our opportunity to change you from someone who came to our store because you had to - to a happy customer and we failed.
