Undecided The salesman was new he do not know if the vehicle came with remote start or not. Figured that out on my own. Staff was making bad remarks about other fellow employees while we were waiting to sign papers and during the process of signing papers. Were there 4 hours signing and waiting to sign final paperwork. In the end there was nothing on the customer service end from any of the staff that made me feel like I was welcome there or made the experience great that I left saying I will be back. While we were waiting we could have watched videos in waiting room on vehicles and features. Looked to be a great place and were selling lots of vehicles. Just not being utilized to its potential on customer service. The credit application process was not user friendly for a joint application. People were there spending a lot of money and were expected to sit and wait and listen to employees complaining about each other. Lunch was a nice gesture. LOVE my vehicle and Expressway was the only one with the model I wanted if it had been somewhere else I would have been there. If I had to talk to the Allstate agents I would have been really mad they weren’t the friendliest either just seems like a lot of lost opportunities. In the end work on the professionalism that the place screams from the outside and put it on the inside. Customer Service definitely needs improvement! More

Excellent service with no pressure!! Miles was very helpful and informative. He listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us for things we didn’t. I love my JEEP!❤ I was a first time buyer of a new JEEP COMPASS and Terrence Sutherland at the dealership was absolutely amazing helping me with all my questions and e I was a first time buyer of a new JEEP COMPASS and Terrence Sutherland at the dealership was absolutely amazing helping me with all my questions and explaining everything to me in basic terms. He wasnt pushy and overbearing at all and that's what I expected a dealer to be so i was scared to get a dealer like that because it's a new car that I bought I didnt want someone to just try to sell me anything just to sell a car. But Terrence Sutherland was the exact opposite, he was very polite, calm and actually had my best interest in mind the whole time. I will definitely deal with him for the rest of my life with buying/trading in vehicles. He made the experience easy and memorable if I could rate him 1-10 I'd definitely give him a 10! And I'm in love with my Jeep Compass although I do wish it came with a spare tire but it came with an alternative way and roadside assistance. More
