Good but time consuming. The staff was friendly and curteous. They were able to place me in the exact vehicle I wanted, and even gave me the exact amount I wanted for my trade The staff was friendly and curteous. They were able to place me in the exact vehicle I wanted, and even gave me the exact amount I wanted for my trade. The only downside was the amount of time it took to complete the deal. It could have been due to the number of customers, or that my sales consultant was working multiple deals at the same time, but it took 2.5 hours to complete the deal once the financing application was submitted. Find a way to reduce the turn around time and the experience was perfect. More
