From those who answer the phones and direct the calls, to those who constantly smile at you, asking if there is anything they can do for you once you are there, to the "no pressure" pitch by the Allstate agent, Jeff Smith to the sales manager, James Willis, who somehow makes signing a seemingly endless series of papers somewhat pleasant to -- and most importantly -- the salesperson -- in this case, Amanda Wade -- who somehow makes a daunting task actually pleasant! Having been at many other dealerships over the years and having worked with various salespeople, I have NO doubt none of them are comparable to Amanda as far as customer service. The time she spent securing our loan down to making sure we had the color we really wanted for our new car was beyond -- I believe -- what any other rep at any other dealership would do. Every time I thanked her for her efforts (and there were many!) she simply responded, "It's what we do." More
