When we went to pick up the car with my daughter upon arriving back at the house, she informed us that the gas tank was empty and then we discovered the battery for the key FOB was dead. We returned to the dealership to get these issues corrected which took 90 minutes because the Service Dept was out to lunch .... it was at this time, my wife asked if they could help us get the BlueTooth connected. The service tech told us the car was not equipped with bluetooth ... When we spoke with the manager, he quickly directed us to the small print on the advertisement that said sometimes the "extras" on the website are incorrect ??? They asked me how important this was to me and that they would call me back ..... Never received a call back .... NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND ... More

As a woman not having much knowledge and can be easily misguided he made sure I understood every thing. I cannot ephazie enough how much I enjoyed this experience ! I did kelly blue book the value and what not. The fair market range for my SUV listed on KB 18,239-21,203 and typical listing price 20,371. I am not sure if I did get a good deal with the pricing at 28,221.56. I did also did buy an extended warranty for 48 month's / 50,000 which could be why my total is higher than the value. My overall experience was hands down the best I've ever had! I will definitely be a returning customer when I am ready to upgrade again ! More
