As you stated, you have been with your new car for almost a year, but it is essential to remember that all vehicles require basic maintenance, which includes regular oil changes. You just brought the car back to us last week, and since the purchase date, no oil change has been performed on that car. My service department has gone above and beyond trying to help you, and we even had a claim open for you, in which we explained the extended warranty terms, and we proceeded to schedule one appointment for the following Monday. So we are surprised by your comment, as we did nothing but help you. Unfortunately, we are not able to satisfy everyone, but we do try our best to do so.
