We had the pleas 11/11/2013 We purchased a 2010 Nissan Sentra from Fafama Auto Sales a week ago and have been very pleased with our purchase so far. We had the pleasure to work with Bruno Moreira. Bruno was very professional all throughout the process. We appreciated the fact that he has a “no pressure – take your time” philosophy. He was encouraging us to take as many test drives as we wanted, always with a very positive attitude. Bruno is also very knowledgeable about cars and especially when it comes to the pre-owned inventory offered by Fafama. Ultimately, Bruno went out of his way to get the car ready for us the day he had committed to, despite the insurance and RMV intricacies. He also had the car detailed for us before we picked it up. Altogether, our experience with Fafama is very positive. We have already mentioned it to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We are also looking forward to returning to Fafama in a few months when it’ll be time to schedule our first service/maintenance appointment. Thank you Bruno and the entire Fafama team! More
