People donot waste your time trying to email this guy if you look at all his emails to the response of the complaints people have placed against them they're basically all the same but worded in different manners I've try emailing this guy four times the email address comes back as undeliverable because there is no such email address it is a fake one unless he has it set to respond in the manner that it is doing do yourself a favor cut your losses and stay as far away as you can from this dealership and believe me this is not the only site that complaints can be put against a dealership look at the others as well as Twitter they seem to respond well on them as well they do not like it being blasted out there that much stay away

Chris, Thank you for your feedback although I am a little confused as to why we are now receiving this review since you and I spoke several weeks ago and addressed your concerns. In your phone call to me, you apologized for the level of frustration you expressed and your actions on the day you came back to the dealership. When you called, you mentioned that you were sorry and you understood the company policy regarding used vehicle sales. As you are aware we cannot hold a used car without signed paperwork or a deposit, we do not require a loan document. As you recall, you had not signed a buyer's order or left a deposit even though it was offered by the salesperson. Without this, you are under no obligation to buy the vehicle from us and we are under no obligation to sell it. We try to please all of our customers but unfortunately, when two people are interested in the same vehicle we have to sell the vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. I am sorry that you are still upset about this even though it sounds as if you purchased a vehicle you are happy with.
