I had done a lot of research and also visited a couple of other Dodge dealers. None of the others came close to the level of attentive service I got at Fair Oaks with my sales rep Dominic. We got down to business on my first visit to Fair Oaks, and we talked about the price range I needed, to make me want to buy my car. Dom and his managers worked out their numbers and they gave me an offer. I took a few days to think it over and compare notes against offers from other dealers and the MSRP. I realized it was a great offer by Fair Oaks and I decided to take it without any more wheedling. I think the best way to make these purchases, and to make them into a positive experience, is: do your research and know when you have a good offer in front of you. That way, you don't have any doubt about your decision, and the whole process feels dignified and honest. I believe in being truthful and I find it difficult to act cagey, and I appreciate others when they are the same. I give Dom and Fair Oaks credit for knowing their price capabilities, knowing when they had a serious buyer in front of them, and being straight with me, taking their best shot, and giving me time to think. These are the reasons I am very satisfied with my purchase and pleased to make this review. I've waited many years to get this car, it's one I plan to keep a long time, and I really appreciate the professional way Dom dealt with me, it made it a very positive experience that I will enjoy remembering, as long as I have this car. Poor Customer Service and Used Cars I am a Disabled Veteran who found Fair Oaks Motors through USAA Car Buying Service. I would not recommend purchasing a car from them. I just purchased a 2014 Acura ILX with only 32,000 miles. I took it to a Maryland Inspector in order for me to register the vehicle and now in order to pass inspection I have to pay over $1000 for all new tires due to tires being severly worn. I tried contacting several staff including managers and no one returned my call. Finally I reached the person Sean Jaber who was my sales rep and all he could say is that it passed Virginia state inspection in which requires tires be in good standing. I have the assumption that who ever Fair Oaks is having inspecting their vehicles is shady. DO NOT SHOP AT FAIR OAKS. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!! ARMY RETIRED DISABLED VETERAN More
