The stigma of a car dealer is that they are going to try to sell you everything under the sun and you walk into the dealership armed and ready to retaliate. with THIS dealership, i was surprised to see that noone tried to sell me a thing. This is because they are ALL salary/hourly so they dont get rewarded from commision. They are there to help you and make sure you are satisfied which is what a buisness should be like. I know this sounds cliche but they treated us like family Never in my life have I been treated the way My wife and I were the night we bought our car. I know this sounds cliche but they treated us like family. The whole process started with John Krajnovich and to be honest I truly didn't think people like him existed in the auto buying industry, he was outrageously warm and courteous and seemed to genuinely care about myself and my wife. John went out of his way to get us the best deal possible and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. John is one of the most sincere and kindest individuals I've ever had the privilege of meeting. When we arrived at the dealership we met with our salesman Dan Buzdugan who was equally kind and assisted in test driving several vehicles until we found exactly what we wanted. The evening concluded with the finance manager Steve Squillo who made the usually painful part of the process smooth and hassle free. My wife and I actually walked out of the dealership that evening both having had a wonderful time, not something very common these days. Due to how we were treated by everyone involved, Fair Oaks Ford now has two more customers for life and I already have shared my experience with many family members and friends. More

When they didn't have the exact features we had wanted, they searched and found an out-of-state one that we wanted and we still got an excellent deal. I have a job where its not easy to step away for a phone call, so being able to text/email with questions (and get immediate responses) made the process so much easier. Also, not having to negotiate took away a lot of stress. There's not much to negotiate when you get a great price right away. $1500 cheaper that my other quote for the same vehicle (and the low end of truecar). Between easy communication and receiving a great price, it made the decision on where to buy my car a no-brainer. Finally, on top of that, when we went into the dealership (closed the deal w/Serafin) it only took us 45m to make the purchase and get moving. More

My first good car buying experience! Like most people, I started my new car search on the internet, researching several cars from several manufacturers. I requested some online quotes fr Like most people, I started my new car search on the internet, researching several cars from several manufacturers. I requested some online quotes from a few dealers and received responses from all of them very quickly. The problem was that they would not provide any information or assistance online or on the phone. They only seemed to care about setting up a face to face appointment for a high pressure sales pitch reminding me why I don’t like to buy cars. One even told me that his only job was to set up sales appointments from internet price requests. From there I was harassed with multiple calls and e-mails per day from each of the dealerships pushing me to set up a sales appointment as soon as possible. My experience with Craig Holsman at Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln was just the opposite and Craig could not have been more helpful. Craig not only answered my questions on our first phone call, but walked me through the pricing options including an out the door price and available finance options and incentives. Craig followed up with an e-mail summary of our discussion listing out the pricing that we discussed. He included his work schedule and a number to contact him after hours and off days. Craig did politely ask for an appointment, but was understanding that I did not want to commit to a date and time at that point. When my wife and I finally decided to take a test drive, I contacted Craig. We did not even want to go to the other dealers. Craig’s courteous and professional behavior not only brought us to Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln, but cemented our decision to buy a Ford over other brands. Once at the dealership, Craig again went over what we were looking for and sent us on a test drive with Jeremy Bloom. Jeremy took the time to go over all of the newer features of the car in a casual and pressure free manner and eventually took us through the whole purchase and financing process. We had only intended to take a test drive that day and we did not even bring a check book with us, but Craig and Jeremy made everything so pleasant and easy that we bought our new car that day. My wife ran home to get the check book while I worked on the financing. In the week since the purchase while showing off the new car to friends and co-workers I find myself telling everyone about how good my car buying experience was. Seriously, who does that? I would recommend Craig, Jeremy and Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln without hesitation to anyone looking for a new car. More
