Just recently got a new car through Fair Oaks Ford. The people were great to work with and super nice. The only issue I have is that I can’t help but feel like I got ripped off a little bit. I traded in a 2020 car and they completely lowballed me on the car. The car was in great condition and only had 36k miles on it and I honestly just got ripped off for it. If you’re looking for great customer service, please go there. Not for the price of the vehicles though. More
