Haggerty is the place to go! Dario was a patient and amazing salesperson, helped us to find the right Bronco Sport, with absolutely no pressure to buy. Super kind, knowledgeable and honest guy. Their manager gave us a great deal on our trade-in and the final price, and the finance guy, Tom, was a hoot! Tom actually explained the warranty options and did NOT push the more expensive Ford warranty. It truly was a transparent deal. As a fun full-circle moment, my grandfather bought an Oldsmobile from Jack Haggerty Oldsmobile back in the early 1980s. More than 40 years later, our family is buying from the Haggerty family again—and we couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend Haggerty Ford and will be using them again in the future. It was well worth the drive from the city!

My first visit to this dealership was truly impressive from the moment I arrived at the service line. Within just three minutes, I was warmly welcomed by Sales Consultant Mario Komenda. Although I had scheduled my appointment online, he couldn't locate any record of it, but he reassured me not to worry. He quickly took my information, outlined my service options, and after finalizing my order, accompanied me to the waiting room, which was not only clean but also very inviting. Before long, Mario came in to discuss the findings about my car and thanked me for my visit. I left Napleton Ford feeling valued and appreciated, and my experience was far beyond what I had anticipated. I will definitely return for my future needs!

I let Webb service this gasket and had no problem until The wife drove the van to West Virgina through the mountains. Bam! The engine blew and I had to buy a new engine in Mt.Airy, NC. Anyway, when I got back to Chicago<br>I called Webb and told them what had happened, they said bring in the repair bill and they would see if Ford Motor would refund my money for the head gasket. The results were positive and I received<br>a refund. Happy-Happy.
