My experience at Fair Oaks Ford- Lincoln in Naperville, IL even exceeded my expectations. The price was right, service has been spectacular and the entire staff is both friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Rod Foertsch was very good to work with. He was knowledgeable and spent much time exploring our options in purchasing a used Lincoln. Finding one with only 12,000 miles was a plus, and the price for the car made me ready to buy that day. Joe Mayer, Assistant Service Manager, was diligent in ordering and having items replaced in my used Lincoln MKZ. The quality of work in the service department was A++ and the quick scheduling to get things fixed was another plus at the Fair Oaks Ford-Lincoln dealership. Things were done that I hadn't even asked for such as a cigarette burn fixed on the driver's seat thanks to Joe. I will definitely be a return buyer. More

He provided a very transparent and honest approach to the sales process. Being a sales executive myself, I spent a lot of time shopping around, pricing alternative cars and accessories and reviewing Fair Oaks sales and service reputation. My experience was very easy, I feel (and confirmed) that I received a very fare deal and am extremely pleased with the overall process. Jeremy spent a lot of time highlighting the value of the cars safety components, provided important product differentiators and worked with me to find the right car for my son. He ended up having to trade with another Ford dealer in order to get us the right car. The process with Steve, from finance took less than 10 minutes and was very straight forward. Just prior to leaving, my son was completely educate on the car and how to use all of the components. He worked around my schedule, even re-scheduling evaluation of my trade-in and test drive at the last moment. One of the dealership’s employees even provided my children a freshly baked cookie during the visit. Jeremy did a fantastic job describing the Explorer's features at delivery. He even helped me register and set up the Ford Sync system. The paperwork process was easy to deal with and handled in a timely manner. The facilities have recently been remodeled, which enhances the customer experience even more. We are new to the area – I think I have found my new Ford-Lincoln dealership. More
