After visiting numerous other competitive dealorships, I stopped at Fair Oaks Ford after viewing the vehicle I was interested in on their lot. I was imediately greeted by friendly staff upon entering the dealorship. I felt comfortable asking all the necessary questions and was quickly provided a test drive. I received a very good price on the used vehicle I purchased. The sales manager was extremely helpful and honest. I have recomended Fair Oaks Ford to all my family and friends for future vehicle purchases. The General Manager John Krajnovich was a pleasure to work with and made the complicated procedure of purchasing a vehicle very easy. More

Customer service is a 5 because the sales manager jumped through hoops to make me happy. Friendliness is a 5 because everytime I walked in the sales personel greeted me and John would be sure and say hi. through hoops to make me happy. Friendliness is a 5 because everytime I walked in the sales personel greeted me and John would be sure and say hi. Overall experience is a 5 because after I bought my car I noticed a small dent after I had left the dealership. I called to tell them I found this and they repaineted and fixed the area and gave me free loaner cars for over a week when the work was being done. I gave the price a 5 because they beat everyone elses price. More
