I talked to a good many dealers who wanted to sell me what they currently had in inventory but the folks at Fairfax motors suggested they take the time to look for the car that I wanted. They gave me a ball park price, explained that it may take some time to find and kept me posted on their progress. It was a difficult search that took close to 4 months but they found the perfect car at the targeted price. In several cases they identified cars but suggested I pass on them due to small issues as they knew what I wanted. It is a rare business that will risk making a quick sale to totally satisfy the customer. The entire sales process was painless and extremely professional. Clearly this is a business built on referrals and repeat business. I highly recommend Fairfax Motors. More

Pat Warren was friendly and very likable and no pressure on me or my wife. It was like he was my friend all my life and we worked out a great deal and i got the car that day. He is a top of the line salesman and Fairfax Motors should be proud to have him as an employee. Then the finance lady Laura worked the numbers so I could get the best payments possible for me . she went out of her way to make sure everything worked smooth and fast as possible. Laura is another person that the Fairfax Motors should be proud to have someone of her caliber working for them.So long story short I was very impressed with the service it was the best i have ever had at a dealership .
