I'm sorry to hear about this, but I thank you for taking the time to bring it to my attention. Let me begin by stating that while we're committed to having every customer feel 100% satisfied with their purchase we do also realize that may not always be possible. That is a reason we offer a comprehensive 30 day warranty and liberal 5 day exchange policy. We indeed recommended that you take the vehicle to a Range Rover dealer to diagnose the problem, since we could not, so we could address the issue. But according our staff we never heard back from you so we assumed all was well. Had you brought the "issues" the "3 mechanics" brought to your attention during the warranty period I am confident we could have reached an amicable resolution. Andy I appreciate your responding to this review. And if I had dealt with you from the beginning of my experience, my situation may have transpired differently. The practical nature and understanding, and overall tone of your response to my review is a complete contrast to the service I received as a customer of Fairfax Motors. As I stated in my review this was obviously not my first car buying experience so I am fully aware of what it is like to be treated appropriately as a car buying consumer, and I can assure you that my experience with Fairfax Motors was not a good one. And as a manager myself, I understand that siding with your employees is important to protecting your business, so I don't expect you to take my word over theirs, however it was apparent through my several communications with the staff, that I was going to have to do more hoop-jumping than I was willing to do to get anything even remotely close to an amicable resolution. Thus the great measures I went through to eventually rid myself of the vehicle. Again thank you for the response, however I am a very intelligent individual and if an amicable resolution felt possible, I would have gladly taken the neccessary steps to achieve one. Thank You!

Andy I have to admit after reading your response a second time, I noticed you clearly implied that my claim of having issues with the vehicle I purchased was somehow not true. As I said in my previous response, I know that you will side with your employees, which I fully understand, but as a former customer of Fairfax Motors, this just further validates my claim of having a less than stellar experience when even the manager takes jabs at a customer for telling the truth about his experience (reference your "issues" and "3 mechanics" comment in your response).
