The answering machine they have set up for service must not be checked. I left messages 2 different times and never got a call back. I could not use the right rear door do to parts being on back order. It worked when I dropped it off. Maybe if doing a recall don’t do it unless you have all the parts to do said recall in stock. When I picked up my car the first time, my screen for my radio, heat, navigation and cell phone was completely black for about a 1/2 hour of driving it came back on. Again when I called about this issue I never received a call back. Thank goodness the screen has been fine since. My car is working properly again, just a few customer service issues that need a little work. More

The repairs made on the car were solid and that’s what matters. However I only supplied an email to request a copy of my key and provide the required documentation as instructed by personnel at the dealer matters. I just moved to the area and needed to get a service call fixed on my VW. I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment; however, when I arrived, they said they did not have me scheduled.
