Very pleasant experience. That is the good part. I tried to call the service department for three hours and left three messages with the customer service member that answered That is the good part. I tried to call the service department for three hours and left three messages with the customer service member that answered the phone. The recalls were fixed but none of the other issues. The paperwork stated that they could not duplicate the problems. The next day the passenger door, exterior lock and unlock, failed again. The driver door lock problem wasn’t even investigated. It is a safety issue and that should have at least pulled the door panel to see what is binding up. I guess I’ll just have to do it myself. This is my first brand new Ford and I am disappointed with the warranty repairs. More

Making the appointment was easy, but I was told my car would be looked at in the morning and wasn’t looked at until around 3pm. Then after the services were done the mechanic never cleaned up and had dirt would be looked at in the morning and wasn’t looked at until around 3pm.
