Service Department Representative Corey Knight was the gentleman in the service department who assisted me. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Mr. Knight called the body shop that repaired my Tiguan and took the steps to make certain that the issue was not accident related. I felt assured after all of his efforts. Mr. Knight also took time to show me the repairs after they were completed. If only other service providers were as kind, cooperative and thorough as Mr. Knight this world would be a better place. Customer Communications and service I had warranty work on my Routan.. Time was involved in analyzing, determining cause and receiving approvals from VW warranty personnel. Chad did an excellent job of keeping me advised of what was happening, explaining the process and managing the repairs to a completion. He effectively used email in keeping me current and saving us both time in unnecessary communications and follow up. It was a very pleasant service experience! My only "complaint" was I felt the VW warranty personnel could have been more timely in managing the inspections and service responses to keep the process moving faster. Daily rental costs were more than they should have been, I believe, because of these delays. But, a rebuilt engine is in the car and running! Thank you. Thanks also to Nick Master, the mechanic! It feels like a brand new car! More

Cool or Great they suggest the most expansive options, just replacing items instead of repairing them. They didn't communicate with me after the work was done even though it was a time sensitive transaction. I was visiting from out of town and i was able to contact the dealership just in time. I initially worked with Corey Knight as my advisor, he was easily available the first day of my car being left for service. Very kind and knowledgeable, i would definitely recommend him. The day that my car should have been picked up, i didn't receive a call from him or the company. But Nicole Nessler was terrific, she quickly completed my transaction. She pulled everything together to at the last minute, i was truly afraid that i wasn't going to be home in time for work. Everything went quick and smoothly once i was speaking with Nicole. I called back today, about a noise that my car was making before service and continues to make now. After spending over $1130, i expect my car to be top notch and the noise to go away. More
